Return, Exchange and Claims Policy
1. Merchandise review and acceptance
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the quantity, weight, characteristics, specifications, physical condition and presentation of the merchandise at the time of receipt. Once the material has been received and accepted, any later claims related to these points may be rejected.
2. Timeframe and requirements for returns or exchanges
The customer has three (3) days to request a return or exchange, provided that the following requirements are met:
a. The customer must visit the store location where the purchase was made.
b. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with no damage, modification or improper manipulation.
c. Original packaging, labels, accessories and complements must be presented when applicable.
d. The original proof of purchase must be presented, with sufficient evidence to validate the purchase.
e. The customer must not have a recent history of excessive returns or claims not attributable to the company.
3. Products and conditions not eligible for return or exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases for your safety:
a. Cutting, grinding, drilling/perforation or welding consumables and accessories.
b. Material cut or modified at the customer’s request.
c. Products modified at the customer’s request or by third parties, including threading, perforations, cuts, bends, welding, installations or any other special work.
d. Products purchased with known or accepted irregularities at the time of purchase, including damage, non-standard conditions, shortages, incomplete presentation or similar conditions.
e. Special-order products, products purchased under special purchase conditions, clearance, special promotion or final sale.
f. Products showing damage, alteration or loss of condition due to use, handling, storage, transportation, installation or manipulation after receipt.
4. Applicable charges
a. The return may be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the returned product value, only when applicable due to the nature of the product, special purchase conditions, handling, or inventory re-entry.
b. Additional charges related to the return may apply, including freight, loading/unloading, pickup, handling, inventory re-entry, third-party services, administrative costs, or non-refundable costs related to the payment method, when applicable.
5. Review of requests
The company will review each request in accordance with this policy, the applicable sales conditions and the specific circumstances of the case. The company may reject any return,exchange or claim when the established requirements are not met, when the available evidence does not allow the request to be validated, or when the request involves circumstances not expressly covered by this policy that reasonably prevent its acceptance.
